Return Policy

Returns and Acceptance of Goods

You must inspect the Goods on delivery or collection. If you identify any damages or shortages, you must inform us in writing within 2 days of delivery, providing details.

Other than by agreement, we will only accept returned Goods if we are satisfied that those Goods are defective and if required, have carried out an inspection. Subject to your compliance with this clause and/or our agreement, you may return the Goods and we will, as appropriate, repair, or replace, or refund the Goods or part of them. All returned parts are required to be sent back in original packaging and must also be in original condition as supplied.

We will be under no liability or further obligation in relation to the Goods if:

  • You fail to provide notice as set above; and/or
  • You make any further use of such Goods after giving notice under the clause above relating to damages and shortages; and/or
  • The defect arises because you did not follow our oral or written instructions about the storage, commissioning, installation, use and maintenance of the Goods; and/or
  • The defect arises from normal wear and tear of the Goods; and/or
  • The defect arises from misuse or alteration of the Goods, negligence, wilful damage or any other act by you, your employees or agents or any third parties.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return appropriately to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

    Acceptance of the Goods will be deemed to be upon inspection of them by you and in any event within 2 days after delivery.

    Processing returns can take up to 5 working days, provided the returns process has been properly followed. Delays may occur otherwise. (Contact our customer service team for details.)

    All goods supplied by Click & Buy (clickandbuy.today) are from official sources and are covered by the standard manufacturer warranty. If an exchange or refund is required, items should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. (Exceptions can be arranged for Christmas and gift items — contact our Customer Service team for details.) This does not affect your statutory rights.

    In all cases, items returned must be in their original condition, including packaging. For example, Samsung service packs must be returned in original packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.

    For items returned as “not needed,” we will refund the monetary value of the goods only. If goods show signs of wear and tear or are not in resalable condition, they will not be accepted for return.

    If items are inspected and deemed faulty or if Click &Buy (clickandbuy.today) has sent items incorrectly, both original and return shipping costs will be refunded. If the original shipping cost included multiple items, only a proportion of the cost relating to the faulty item(s) will be refunded.

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if returned goods are damaged, tampered with, or not used in accordance with normal usage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    How to Return Items to Click & Buy

    To return items to Click & Buy (clickandbuy.today), you must create a Return Management Account (RMA). [Click here to fill in the return form.]

    The RMA website gives you transparency and control over the returns process, along with a log of all returned items. You can check the status of old returns anytime by logging into your RMA account.

    When creating your RMA account, please use the same Name & Email you used on clickandbuy.today to simplify processing.

    Follow the guide provided to receive an RMA Number / Complaint Number for your return.

    Return Process:

  • Send items using a secure, protected, and guaranteed mail service.
  • Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
  • After shipping, update your RMA account with the tracking number and courier website link.
  • Once received, items will be inspected within 5 working days.
  • Resolution will be posted to your RMA account.
  • Important: Always include the CUSTOMER NAME & RMA NUMBER inside the return box.
